- Cases where free returns or exchanges are possible
If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
