- Cases where free returns or exchanges are possible
If the product you purchased differs from the detailed photos or has a defect
- Cases where costs incur for return or exchange
For exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a fee of 12,000 KRW will be charged.
- Cases where exchange or return is not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
