If the product you purchased differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.

For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
