A fee of 12,000 KRW will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
In the case of custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
