If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns and exchanges
A 12,000 KRW fee will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
