If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where fees apply for returns and exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products requiring manual work, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
