All products are inspected and even sized for customer satisfaction before shipment.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it is unrealistic to inspect every single stitch or other minute detail.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC, and if there are insufficient photos, please request additional QC and confirm the product thoroughly before proceeding.

If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handmade, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
