A 12,000 KRW fee will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
