- Cases where free returns or exchanges are possible
If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or has a defect
- Cases where a fee is incurred for return or exchange
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates), a 12,000 won fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchange or return is not possible
For custom-made products (all handmade), if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
