If you are very sensitive, please receive QC photos. If there are insufficient photos, please request additional QC photos and proceed after accurately confirming the product.

A 12,000 KRW fee will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates).

For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
