If you are very sensitive, please request QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after carefully confirming the product.

- Cases where free returns and exchanges are possible
If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or is defective
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates), a fee of 12,000 KRW will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
