If the product you purchased differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including faulty emblems or plates).
- Cases ineligible for exchange or return
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
