For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including faulty emblems or plates), a 12,000 won fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handcrafted), if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
