Before making a purchase, please make sure to review our policies regarding purchases, returns, and exchanges in the announcements.
To ensure customer satisfaction, all products are inspected and sized before shipping.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it's virtually impossible to check every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please request QC and if there are any insufficient photos, ask for additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

For example, factory A excels at making Stone Island products, while factory B excels at making Thom Browne products.

⚫️Exchange, Return Information
- Cases where free returns or exchanges are possible
If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including faulty emblems or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
Custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, cases where the product has already been shipped to Korea, or cases where the product is identical to the detailed photos.
