If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or is defective.
- Cases where costs are incurred for returns and exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
