Before purchasing, please make sure to check the purchase, return, and exchange policies in the announcements.
All products are inspected + sized and then shipped to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
While all products are inspected before shipping, it is practically impossible to inspect every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive a QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

For custom-made, handcrafted products, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
