All products are inspected + sized before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it is a reality that we cannot inspect every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).

For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, and when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
