All products are inspected + sized before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
All products cannot be exchanged or refunded once they are shipped to Korea at the customer's request.
We inspect all products before shipping, but it is a reality that we cannot inspect every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC and if there are insufficient photos, please request additional QC and proceed after accurately checking the product.

When exchanging or returning due to a simple change of mind or minor defect (including defective appliques or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be charged.
- Cases where exchange and return are not possible
In the case of custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
