If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or is defective

When exchanging or returning due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be incurred.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
In the case of custom-made products that are entirely handmade, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
