All products are inspected and even sized for customer satisfaction before shipment.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
While all products are inspected before shipment, it is realistically impossible to inspect every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC, and if there are insufficient photos, please request additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in the emblem or plate).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
