If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or is defective
- Cases where costs incur for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be incurred.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
