Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it's virtually impossible to check every stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please request QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after carefully checking the product.

If the product you purchased is different from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where costs incur during return or exchange
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
