If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where costs incur for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a 12,000 won fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products requiring extensive manual work, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
