A fee of 12,000 won will be incurred for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handcrafted), if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
