A fee of 12,000 KRW will be incurred for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For handmade custom-ordered products, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
