For exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For all custom-made products, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
