Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
Although we inspect all products before shipping, it is virtually impossible to inspect every single stitch or other minute detail.
If you are particularly sensitive, please request QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC to thoroughly check the product before proceeding.

A 12,000 won fee will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates).

For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
