Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it's virtually impossible to check every stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please request QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or is defective.
- Cases where costs incur for returns and exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
