To ensure customer satisfaction, all products are inspected and even measured for size before shipping.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it is a reality that we cannot inspect every single stitch or other minute detail.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC and request additional QC if there are insufficient photos. Please proceed only after thoroughly checking the product.

- Cases where free returns and exchanges are possible
If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For all handcrafted custom-made products, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
