A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products requiring all manual work, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
