Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it is unrealistic to inspect every stitch or other minute detail.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC (Quality Control) and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products requiring extensive manual work, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
