If you are very sensitive, please receive QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after carefully checking the product.

If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or has a defect

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates).

For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
