If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates).
- Cases not eligible for exchange or return
For handmade custom-made products, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
