Exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including faulty emblems or plates) will incur a 12,000 won fee.
- Cases where exchange or return is not possible
For custom-made products that require all manual work, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
