A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handmade), if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
