All products are inspected and measured for size to ensure customer satisfaction before shipping.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it's virtually impossible to check every stitch or other minute detail.
If you are particularly sensitive, please request a QC and, if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC to accurately verify the product before proceeding.

If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns or exchanges
A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products requiring extensive manual labor, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
