Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges and refunds are not possible.

If you are highly sensitive, please request a QC, and if additional photos are needed, please request an additional QC and proceed only after thoroughly checking the product.

If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.
- Cases where costs are incurred for returns or exchanges
A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handmade), if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
