If you are very sensitive, please receive QC (Quality Control) and if there are insufficient photos, please request additional QC to confirm the product accurately before proceeding.

If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect.

A fee of 12,000 won will be charged for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handmade), if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
