If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has a defect
- Cases where fees are incurred for returns or exchanges
A fee of 12,000 won will be incurred for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handmade), if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
