For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products, if the product has already been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
