All products are inspected + sized and then shipped to ensure customer satisfaction.
All products cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have been shipped to Korea at the customer's request.
Although we inspect all products before shipping, it is a reality that we cannot inspect every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC, and if there are insufficient photos, please request additional QC and proceed after accurately checking the product.

- Cases where free returns and exchanges are possible
If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or has a defect
- Cases where a fee is incurred for returns or exchanges
A 12,000 won fee will be incurred for exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates).
- Cases where exchange or return is not possible
For custom-made products that are fully handcrafted, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos

For clothing, a shipping fee is incurred due to the lowest price policy.
Shipping fee for 1 piece of clothing > 20,000 won
Shipping fee for 2 pieces of clothing > 10,000 won
Shipping fee for 3 pieces of clothing > Free shipping
