All products are inspected + sized before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
Once products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
Although all products are inspected before shipping, it is a reality that we cannot inspect every single stitch or other minute details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive a QC and if there are insufficient photos, request an additional QC and proceed after confirming the product accurately.

A fee of 12,000 won will be incurred for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates).
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
