Once all products are shipped to Korea at the customer's request, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
While we inspect all products before shipping, it is difficult to inspect every stitch or other subtle details.
If you are very sensitive, please receive QC and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC and proceed after thoroughly checking the product.

In the case of custom-made products that are all handmade, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
