If the purchased product is different from the detailed photos or is defective
- Cases where fees are incurred for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be incurred.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handcrafted, if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
