When exchanging or returning due to a simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective emblems or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are fully handcrafted, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
