For exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defective patches or plates), a 12,000 KRW fee will be charged.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products that are entirely handmade, when the product has been shipped to Korea, or when the product is identical to the detailed photos.
