If you are very sensitive, please receive QC, and if there are insufficient photos, request additional QC, confirm the product accurately, and then proceed.

If the purchased product differs from the detailed photos or has defects.
- Cases where costs incur for returns or exchanges
For exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind or minor defects (including defects in patches or plates), a fee of 12,000 won will be incurred.
- Cases where exchanges or returns are not possible
For custom-made products (all handmade), if the product has been shipped to Korea, or if the product is identical to the detailed photos.
